PAM JAYA to Achieve 100 Percent Clean Water Coverage

PAM JAYA is committed to providing the best service for Jakarta residents, including achieving a 100 percent clean water coverage target by 2029.

PAM JAYA President Director, Arief Nasrudin said, the company continues to accelerate various transformation programs to provide equitable, high-quality, and just clean water services for all residents of the capital.

"Target 100 percent is our commitment to ensuring Jakarta residents have access to proper clean water. It's not just about infrastructure but a basic right of the residents," he expressed, Thursday (12/4).

Pramono Urges PAM JAYA to Expand Clean Water Service Coverage

According to him, PAM JAYA's service coverage has reached over 70 percent. PAM JAYA aims to increase the supply to 11,000 liters per second to comprehensively cover all areas of Jakarta within the next four years.

As a form of support for residents, PAM JAYA launched the Healthy Water Card, a program specifically designed for simple household customers to ensure more affordable access to water.

His party also strengthens his closeness with customers through LAPOR PAM, a 24-hour complaint system, and the deployment of service officers in the field.

"Technical steps are also being continuously intensified, such as the construction of several Water Treatment Plants (IPA), as well as the replacement of generators and draining of reservoirs to maintain water quality and supply continuity," he stated.
